Pallet Racking
Having spent the past decade working in a number of large warehouses, I can tell you that one of the most common concerns in each one of them was the condition of the pallet racking. Racking is probably taken for granted in most situations, and if it is in good condition and you store everything correctly, there is no reason to give it much thought. Unfortunately, there are many instances in which racking is installed or used inappropriately and many in which components of that racking has sustained damage. I have been asked to investigate so many strange and dangerous things in warehouses where I have worked or visited that I managed to accumulate a fair bit of information on the subject of pallet racking; I have decided to share some of the resources I have on the page below.
